Shipping policy

Order
  • When you have completed your order, and order confirmation will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation you will find all information about products, price, billing and delivery address.
  • If there is an error in the order confirmation, you must immediately contact us via email to Info@northsquad.se.
Delivery
  • We offer free shipping within Sweden.
  • Shipping cost outside Sweden is 150 SEK.
  • Our normal delivery times are 2-5 days. ATTENTION! Orders placed on weekends are sent on the following Monday at the earliest.
  • Your order is sent with Postnord. The package is delivered in your mailbox or closest service point. If the package does not fit in the mailbox, it is delivered to your door oir in a bag outside your mailbox. You will be notified when delivery has been made.
  • If delays in delivery should occur (without us notifying you of a longer delivery time) you should contact us at Info@northsquad.se.
  • Unclaimed packages are charged 150 SEK.

  • All orders sent outside the EU are responsibility of the buyer for import clearence, customs duties, administrative costs and all other costs of import and transport to the final destination.

Prices
  • All prices in the store are stated in SEK and all prices include 25% VAT.
  • We reserve the right to price changes caused by price changes from the supplier, misprints in the price list and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price.
